a British subject whose property has been expropriated.

It seems essential, therefore, to stipulate that where

a British subject brings an action to recover adequate

compensation for expropriated or requisitioned property

either the action shall be heard in the special

chamber, or the legal counsellors shall have the

right to officiste in the modern Court where such

action is heard.
